For the organisation of teambuilding activities, a minimum of 4 weeks is required before rollout. Please remember this when placing your order

Teambuilding events:

Bike:

  • Mountain biking everywhere in Belgium (a minimum level of fitness is required) – max. 40 participants.
  • Discovery of Brussels on an electric bike – max. 30 participants.
  • Bike tours throughout Flanders and in the Brussels region; no limit on the number of participants.

 

Multi-activities over 1 or several days (in Belgium and abroad):

  • Proposed activities: mountain biking, hiking, canyoning, wall climbing, rock climbing, kayaking, night-time games, cooking workshops, yoga, Nordic walking, etc.
  • 3 sites are on offer, each with its own characteristics: Dolce La Hulpe, Pussemange (Ardennes) and La Bresse (Vosges).

 

For the organisation of recurrent activities at your company’s premise, a 4-week period is required for organisation. Please remember this when submitting your request.

Organisation of sports and health activities on your company’s premises (1, 2, …5 times a week):

  • Sports activities: muscle toning, Pilates, zumba, walking, Nordic walking, mountain biking
  • Wellness activities: Yoga, sit-down Yoga, massage, sit-down massage, Tai Chi, Pilates, women’s self-defence (Ladyfense), health check-up.
  • Other services in the pipeline:
  • Teambuilding adventures in the Ardennes without limit to the number of participants.
  • Attractive reductions on fitness subscriptions.
  • Mountain biking course in the Alps.
  • Multi activity stays in the Alps – summer and winter
  • Introduction to corporate nutrition
  • Watersports
  • Percussion classes
  • African dance
